History of the Company
Ojya Salon & Cosmetic Clinic was established in March 2007 and has consistently shown year on year growth and now we have started a chain of. Ojya Salon & Cosmetic Clinic is on a growth path Vision of 2000+ salons by 2025; currently serving in Karol Bagh, Delhi India.
Ojya Salon & Cosmetic Clinic has remained a pioneer in hair, beauty, Skin , Treatments- Laser Hair, Laser Skin, Hair Patch, Skin Therapy, Body Care Therapy & more services and is now setting new bench marks in Academic exceeding all industry standards.
Ms. Mannu Shukla, Owner of the Ojya Group is also the visionary behind the inception of the company 15 years ago. She is the women behind growth and expansion of the company. Ms. Mannu while working on the design and interiors for the salon keeps in mind “Quality Service & Best Environment” to ensure the customers get the maximum and beyond expectations. Now Target is 30+ unisex salon & Cosmetic Clinics across Delhi and 500+ in India in a Year.

Design and Concept
The salon interiors are inspired from abstract and defined lines; giving the salon a very modern, plush and stylish look. The inspiration for the salon interiors comes mostly from the needs expressed by the growing awareness and more informed consumers.
While setting up the salon & Clinic, Ms. Mannu faced typical challenges that come from a very fast growing and radically changing industry. With the consumers being more informed and aware; we had to ensure that we live to the perception of ultimate in luxury with Quality as per mindset of customers.

Model 1*. Franchisee invests & Franchisee runs the operations. Franchisee will take care of all the operational expenses like Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption etc. and will pay 10% of revenue to the OJYA SALON & COSMETIC CLINIC (Which would be approx. 33% of Profits). The monthly fee paid by franchisee would be far less than the business generated by franchisee by of brand name, systems & process, support etc.
Model 2*. Franchisee invests & Company(OJYA SALON & COSMETIC CLINIC team) run the operations, OJYA SALON & COSMETIC CLINIC will take care of all the operational expenses like All Expenses Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption etc. and will pay 10% of Net Profir to the franchisee and company will pay minimum guarantee of 1% of total franchise investment Amount per month.
Model 3*. Franchisee invests & Franchisee runs the operations. Franchisee will take care of all the operational expenses like Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption etc. and will pay the fixed royalty / support fees of Rs. 30000 per month(with annual increment). This means that the more your business grows you pay fixed and you get more returns.
